Staff was friendly and polite. In and out in under an hour. Used their street smarts to diagnose me after all test performed came back negative, which is a plus. I don’t like doctors who are straight by the book. I would recommend to anyone who is in need of an urgent care.

I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. I was 1st patient to show up and check in. There was 1 scheduled patient ahead of me. There was an hour delay d/t staffing arrival delays. High traffic and construction anything is possible. The care given was beyond exceptional. From the check in clerk to the intake nurse and then the NP, all were super caring and professional. Totally worth the wait. This Nextcare facility is my go to!
