First time visitor with new insurance carrier. No paperwork needed to complete when I arrived for my appointment because I complete it online before arriving, which was nice. Staff was courteous and friendly to talk to. Physician understood my condition and prescribed the meds I needed for recovery. Overall the whole encounter took less than hour.

I saw the staff within 10 minutes and after a thorough exam by Mathew Gorman PA I was on my way home with a diagnosis and meds within 30 minutes. I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.
