          Overall, we received great care and the staff was friendly. We had a scheduled appointment. We arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. We waited for 50 minutes in the waiting area. Then an additional 45-50 minutes before we saw a provider with no updates of when we’d be seen. Otherwise, we would give a 5 star review.  We’ve visited this location before and had different experiences …. Maybe this is a one off situation but please work on your scheduling

          Great urgent care! They accepted both my primary and secondary insurance. You can walk in or set up an appointment on line. Quickly tap in your arrival notice on the couple of screens provided. The wait was then minimal, the staff always meet you with a smile and the facility is beautiful. I saw a knowledgeable nurse practitioner who was very attentive and concerned with my leaving with all my needs addressed. When I had an issue that the pharmacy I requested was closed, I was able to quickly have them reroute the meds to one that was open. This will be my go-to location for urgent care when my PCP is not available.

          I sliced my finger and they got me in very quickly and took very good care of me. They cleaned up my wound and we figured out I needed stitches and Angel did them and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the whole process. I 100% would recommend anyone to go see them.

          It was fairly quickly, had to get stitches removed from my hand. But he was gentle and after cutting them, before pulling he’d let me know when he was going to so I’d be ready, and before going to the next one, he’d check if I was good. Had one that hurt some, so he gave me a bit and told me to move my fingers to ease the pain a bit. Only when I said I was ready is when he’d continue. Great bedside manner. Super kind and gentle and very empathetic.

          I’ve Had Such A Great Experience With The Whole Team At Care For Kids Conroe! Alyssa, Daniela, Adrianna, And NP Tiffiny Are All Amazing. They Took Such Great Care Of My Baby Boy And Made Sure He Was Comfortable And Well Taken Care Of Throughout His Visit. ❤️ Everyone Was Friendly, Welcoming, Professional, And Truly Caring. NP Tiffiny Was Patient And Attentive, And Alyssa And Daniela Were So Kind And Helpful. Adrianna Also Did A Great Job Making Sure Everything Ran Smoothly.
