Had an inflamed left foot and was looked at by the doctor in a very reasonable amount of time.

I hesitated all week about going to my local indigo, but with everyone in the household sick, I knew I couldn’t put it off any longer. Taking two kids under three along made it even more daunting. Without an appointment, I opted for a walk-in and was the second person through the door. Surprisingly, I was seen within 5 to 7 minutes of opening. The staff was friendly, the place was spotless, and they were especially kind to my kids. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend it and will likely be back sooner than later, given how toddlers tend to pick up every germ in sight. Stay well! And thanks again indigo star!! ⭐️

Had a sudden allergic reaction and they took great care of me. Immediately realized that I was not doing well and went right into action. Appreciate their attentiveness, awareness and kindness in their treatment.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. So impressed with all the staff we interacted with! The person who scheduled our appointment was efficient and friendly, as was the girl who checked us in. The medical staff was outstanding, and our issue was addressed quickly and thoroughly.

My daughter sprained her ankle during practice and we needed an xray to rule out fracture. It was the end of day for this location but they were able to squeeze my daughter in. From the front desk, the intake nurse, the tech who escorted my daughter to xray, the ARNP and the med assistant who wrapped up the visit were amazing! Thank you for not making us feel rushed nor a burden. A wonderful all female staff. 👏

What needs to be said.........again and again. Easy to schedule, polite, engaged,and friendly staff; competent and concerned MA; and most importantly a knowledgeable, professional, and competent provider.

Dr. Bowles is PHENOMENAL! If he had his own practice, I would choose him as my PCP.

Called and put my name on the wait list and when I arrived to the facility I was seen right away. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable and comforting.  I would recommend this provider.

The doc and other staff were really nice but a couple things. First, once we got all the way home from appt, the doc called and asked if we could drive back because he forgot to check lungs and heart. We don’t live super far so we did, but it was pretty inconvenient and also felt really odd he just forgot these basic things. Second, he was diagnosed with a concussion but the note we were given for school was really weird and didn’t even mention concussion - just mentioned the accommodations he would need for a concussion… the school nurse was going to call for more clarification because it was written so odd - but this caused more work for everyone so not sure why it wasn’t written clearer from beginning. Other than those things it was a good experience and the doc was caring and friendly.

I have been feeling ill for a while. My Dr office couldn't get me for a week. Made an appointment online. Waited for only about 5 min. Everyone at office was great. Got tests done and a breathing treatment done and it was less that an hour from start to finish. My nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and caring. I had an excellent experience

Very highly recommended. Walked in with no appointment and was told they had no openings until the afternoon, but I was welcome to wait. They scheduled an appointment online for me, for later that day. When I arrived at my appointment time, I was seen instantly. Dr Wendy and her staff were professional,  friendly, organized and caring. I was in and out quickly with a diagnosis and a prescription on its way to my drugstore. The entire suite was clean and disinfected, too. I highly recommend this facility, but be sure to make an appointment online before you go!
