I came in after a fall and I was worried I had broken my wrist.  I didn’t have an appointment, so I had to wait over an hour to be seen.  After I was called back, my care was superb.  From X-rays through splinting, everyone was wonderful.  My total time there was about two hours.

I feel bad because I do not remember her name but the doctor was a very nice. So kind towards the sensitive nature of the issue. Really appreciate her.

I cant' say enough good things about this place. Needed to get in quickly as I am due to leave the county tomorrow for two weeks. I'd never been here before but they were showing same day appointments so I thought I'd give it a go. Very easy and slick, modern sign-up experience via mobile (far superior to legacy providers). Got an appointment for an less than an hour after I signed up. At the place, both the receptionist and the PA-C (Kayla) who saw me were super-friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is modern and clean. The exam was thorough and all my questions were answered. The procedures were very well explained, as were the costs (very transparent - first provider I've been to who could easily and quickly tell me my out of pocket costs based on my insurance). They even had the medication I needed right there in stock at a reasonable price so I didn't need to stop at the pharmacy. This is the best kept secret in Woodinville for healthcare right now. They didn't seem busy at all, which I hope is not a sign they aren't doing well. Give them a try!

So easy to set up an appt, lots of choices for following day. No wait when I arrived, staff and ARPN friendly and professional, thorough, good at answering questions and explaining procedures. Recommend! and will visit again. Such a snap compared to regular PCP and difficulty getting appts.

Scheduling was easy and the place is very clean and nice, the staff are amazing and my doctor actually cares.

This is my office of choice. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient. The provider was thorough. I would much rather be seen at this office vs what I call my PCP. My provider was Erica. ;0)

The staff and providers are caring, listening, polite, and respectful.  Every single time I have received care from Indigo staff, I have felt heard and cared for.

Everyone was patient kind and thorough. I was a walk in today and they had no slots left but still made a way to fit me in.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
