I felt all my questions were answered. Everyone was very friendly and I felt very comfortable.

Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor had asked me if I needed anything as they left. That experience is very uncommon and the place was welcoming.

2nd time there and was treated exceptionally w kindness

First, this: the office location was not what I expected, so I wasn't sure quite what I'd find inside.  Honestly, nothing bad about the location, but the exterior signage is a bit lacking. Inside, the front desk staff was friendly, efficient, very easy to check in. For the actual medical visit, Dr. Danh was great.  Seemed willing to spend time and listen to me, gave me a few recommendations to consider beyond the immediate concern that brought me to the clinic.  I can't say I've ever "enjoyed " a visit to a doctor's office or clinic, but this place was a nice surprise.  If I didn't already have a primary care provider, I'd definitely consider making this my go-to practice for medical care.

First time patient. Besides having to go home and come back for the appointment,  everything was great. And I still did not have to wait the time that was quoted to me. Check in staff, all medical assistants, ARNP, facility itself were all top notch. Very friendly staff, and no rush when talking with the provider. As long as I am in the area for work and need something medical this will be my first call. Would certainly recommend.

Thank you for seeing me today. I had a sinus infection and bacterial eye infection. I felt the doctor was helpful and accurate. I am grateful for Indigo. They have seen me when I was very sick. I had only issue on this visit. The med tech told me I could only have one symptom in the system. I told him I was sure I had an eye infection as well. He brushed me off saying, “one antibiotic would take care of all of it.” I knew he didn’t know what he was talking about, but other people might not. He also put on my chart he had taken my temperature and he had not. So, although I am satisfied with communication with the doctor, I think the medtech was not qualified to do his job.

Great wait time and the facility was nice and clean. I declined to be weighed since I was just getting a Covid test and the nurse seemed annoyed by that but otherwise was very lovely. Quick turnaround. Thank you for your care!

I will come here instead of suffering. The staff was friendly, the office was clean and I had literally no wait time. The doctor was knowledgeable the bedside manor was great and my prescription was called in to the pharmacy before I left the office. I loved using the online booking. It makes it such an easy process.

I had made an appointment got there 20 minutes before my appointment the person in front of me canceled i got their spot perfect. Sat in room from 1:25- 2:15 the dr was talking to the person in the other room about degrees and life choices. I have an Eye infection super easy to write a script and move on. 4 min it was over and i was gone.  I traveled a hour to get there. Next time talk  on your off time when people are not comfortable.
