Entire experience was great. Numerous appts available on line. Receptionist, nurse and doctor all were friendly, efficient, and professional. The best Urgent Care facility I have experienced.

This was very easy to make an appointment. The office was extremely clean and neat. Staff was very courteous and efficient. There was no wait time, checking in was easy.

I was seen quickly and problem solved. Thanks. Just walked in and was seen in are minutes.

The wait time was a little bit long, but they were able to wrap my sprained ankle and provide me with crutches in an out within one hour.

Great first experience. The only issue I have is that no one there answers the phone. We got a prescription sent to a pharmacy (our standard one) and the pharmacy didn’t have it in stock. Because carbon health does not answer the phone, where I could have had them submit the scrip to a new pharmacy, I needed to be the middle person on a wild goose chase between the pharmacy that didn’t have the medication and one that did. This is a very stressful position to be in as a parent with a very sick kid who desperately needs medicine. Other than that one component, I was happy with the experience. I reflected my disappointment under “staff friendliness”, as I wasn’t sure where else to put it. Staff wasn’t unfriendly, they just didn’t answer the phone.

It was my first time at Carbon Health, I found the facility clean & bright. The staff was courteous and professional.

I tried other clinics like CVS minute clinic not professional and hard to understand language barriers from the caregivers that we’re not doctors that could not show me a professional exam. so , I went to you guys which I was given a five stars exam a professional doctor in a man that has years of wisdom to conduct an examination he does as a pro doctor and was easy to trust . I felt a trust of a doctor of a profession not just a lab that does it for cash with nurses.
