Exceptional Medical Care by Armando and the American Family Care Urgent Care Team I am writing this review with great pleasure to express my heartfelt appreciation to the team at American Family Care Urgent Care, and especially to Armando, for the outstanding medical care they provided to my mother during her visit to the urgent care unit. Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. I wish to thank Armando and the entire team at American Family Care Urgent Care for their commitment to high-quality healthcare and for their dedication to patients' comfort and wellbeing. Woke up at 2AM with an obvious uti. Got online and made an appointment for first thing in the morning. Wait time was to be expected, there were several people in front of me. Went quick. Girl checking in was friendly. She also took vitals and all that. Dr. was very nice. Asked questions and gave suggestions to avoid future problems of this kind. I was in & out with Rx picked up in under an hour. All my experiences here are 10/10! Thank you for helping me feel better!!!!!!

This was my first time at this facility. Sidney is such a pleasant person and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back if I need urgent care.

It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic

Scheduling was easy peasy, and over the past week I had to cancel five times due to no ride and they still took me today. The check-in I did online but when I got there they took me right in. The staff is amazing good people skills bedside manner as well as they're so sweet. And my level of care was a 10!

Woke up still feeling sick, sore throat, constant coughing, head cold, body aches. Scheduled an appointment online and upon check-in about 45 or so minutes called back to get checked and seen by nurse practitioner. Kind and professional mannerism, along with friendly staff.

This was my third time going to an urgent care (second time here) and I was desperate for meds of any kind because I had been suffering for 9ish days. Thankfully, Hannah (I think that’s the doctor’s name) took me seriously and was set on getting me healthy again. I am so grateful for her; for taking my illness seriously, being so kind and empathetic, and helping me find treatment. If I have to come back again for any reason in the future, I hope I have her!!

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

I didn’t check in for an office visit on line  so I had to wait for about an hour to see a doctor.In the future I will check in on line

I’m so glad the provider was supportive, and empathetic. Thank you so much for helping me. The weight was not long, and I have been suffering with an extreme car for over a month. It was mostly resolved it within a day.. it’s the best. I felt in a very long time.
