Exceptional Medical Care by Armando and the American Family Care Urgent Care Team I am writing this review with great pleasure to express my heartfelt appreciation to the team at American Family Care Urgent Care, and especially to Armando, for the outstanding medical care they provided to my mother during her visit to the urgent care unit. Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. I wish to thank Armando and the entire team at American Family Care Urgent Care for their commitment to high-quality healthcare and for their dedication to patients' comfort and wellbeing. Tripped while moving furniture and my finger was between a couch leg and a metal truck ramp. Definitely needed stitches. Went to AFC as they were the closest and I’m glad I did. Zero wait time and fast and highly competent treatment. Stitches up and out in about 1/2 hour. Definitely recommend them for your urgent care.

This was my first time at this facility. Sidney is such a pleasant person and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back if I need urgent care.

It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic

Scheduling was easy peasy, and over the past week I had to cancel five times due to no ride and they still took me today. The check-in I did online but when I got there they took me right in. The staff is amazing good people skills bedside manner as well as they're so sweet. And my level of care was a 10!

2 hour waiting time is unacceptable regardless of short staffed providers.

I fell and hurt my back and went to your facility. They took xrays to see if anything was fractured or broken. No injuries except bruising. Every staff member was nice, calm and patient. I wished this was my PCP. It was a pleasant visit. I would recommend it to anyone.

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

I come here anytime I have urgent care needs. Always 10/10 .. however, today Maddie front desk wasn't welcoming and she just wasn't pleasant and I am definitely not used to that. The rest of my visit was a 10. Nursing staff and NP were great.

I realized I better have someone look at my arm abrasion to make sure I didn't have an infection. I booked an appt. In Thornton 1st, but didn't realize they were closed until I got there. There was no notification before hand. I then booked an appt. In Broomfield, which went very well. Service was great, excellent and fast. I was in and out with prescription. I would recommend this provider.

QR code provided for check-in worked seamlessly.  Courtesy extended from the front desk including the escort to a examination room, was excellent. PA Carla, was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I felt confident in her care. AFC is an invaluable service to Louisville and the surrounding areas and highly recommended.

Was able to be seen quickly and had a simple diagnosis with a throat swab and was on my was with eye drops for junctivitis. My illness became much more but because we did the throat swab and culture it was identified with a treatment plan.

I got covid for the first time. Office staff, manager and N.P. were all so Profesional and polite. You won't be disappointed with NextCare
