Exceptional Medical Care by Armando and the American Family Care Urgent Care Team I am writing this review with great pleasure to express my heartfelt appreciation to the team at American Family Care Urgent Care, and especially to Armando, for the outstanding medical care they provided to my mother during her visit to the urgent care unit. Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. I wish to thank Armando and the entire team at American Family Care Urgent Care for their commitment to high-quality healthcare and for their dedication to patients' comfort and wellbeing. It's rare to find a team so dedicated and passionate about their work. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality urgent care. This was my first time at this facility. Sidney is such a pleasant person and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back if I need urgent care.

It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic

Scheduling was easy peasy, and over the past week I had to cancel five times due to no ride and they still took me today. The check-in I did online but when I got there they took me right in. The staff is amazing good people skills bedside manner as well as they're so sweet. And my level of care was a 10!

Woke up still feeling sick, sore throat, constant coughing, head cold, body aches. Scheduled an appointment online and upon check-in about 45 or so minutes called back to get checked and seen by nurse practitioner. Kind and professional mannerism, along with friendly staff.

Ladies, if you have ever had a UTI, you know how you KNOW that you have one. My experience has been that they seem to occur on weekends, and Advanced Urgent Care is nearby to diagnose and prescribe exactly what I need. Sunday, I scheduled the 1st available appointment, was seen, diagnosed, and prescribed just the right medication in under an hour. (The pharmacy took longer to count out the 10 pills that were prescribed than the visit to AUC.) By evening, I was feeling relief. That is a miracle, if you ask me.

I didn’t check in for an office visit on line  so I had to wait for about an hour to see a doctor.In the future I will check in on line

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

Scheduling and change is easy. All staff are friendly and explain everything with patience. Physician is professional and experienced. Highly recommend!

I woke up this morning feeling like I couldn't breathe. And I knew I need to go get some help came to the urgent care. They were caring, impatient with me, and did everything that I needed them to do. Great experience.

I was able to be in and out within the hour. Everyone was really nice and professional

I saw Jill Postel who had been my PC for nearly a decade before she moved to Platte River. She was amazing. I’m so glad I was able to see her again at this new facility.  She is such an incredible listener, remembered all of my history, and truly cares. She is one of the best healthcare professionals I’ve ever worked with. Her nurse was also really great, as was everyone who worked with me there. Scheduling with the virtual assistant is really difficult. That is my only complaint.

I was charged a co-fee in error. $66.00. My secondary insurance was to pick up the difference of what Medicare didn't pay.
