The staff is on top of their game. They were extremely kind and responsive. This is a great place to visit when on vacation and need medical attention. My virtual appointment had a couple of technical glitches, but the provider was on it.

The doctor and the staff were professional and warm and friendly.   The service was excellent.

Diagnosed my illness quickly and the care provider gave me very helpful information about what to look out for if my four month old catches it. Above and beyond care from the provider.

I came in and was taken right back and was impressed with all of the staff  The facility was amazing and I felt like I was in a hospital.

I was a walk-in patient and got right in. Processing was quick. The rooms are clean, the front office filled with sunlight, very inviting. The care was complete and all of my concerns were heard. The PA, Ann Marie, was very good, I will go back again.

Had a great experience with the Tele-visit with Dr. Zappolo and then a follow up stop-in strep test! They were friendly and very responsive to my needs!

Grandson needed an EKG, suggested by his doctor at Children's Hospital in Aurora, so we stopped by to have it done. My phone was zero percent charged, so we were walk-ins. It took maybe 10-12 minutes to be seen by the nursing staff. She was great to Bryan and then the Nurse Practitioner came in and was just as great to my grandson, while providing the necessary care.

I love this urgent care. It is 5 minutes from home, exceptional and friendly staff and the wait times aren’t bad at all. The facility is clean and well managed. Check-in is a breeze (even better now with the app). I highly recommend this urgent care in Aurora, CO.

Had a noon appointment (was confirmed morning of👍🏼) pretty much got right in on time.  Nurse practitioner saw me quickly and treated me.  Would definitely recommend

It wasn’t a tidy office, a huge stack of snacks stacked in the first office cubical did not seem professional.  Back by the restroom/laundry there was a definite smell of sour, moldy laundry. The after hour NP was very nice and knowledgeable.

Walked-in for an infection in my index finger and was helped right away.  And got into the doctor in about 10 mins.   Very happy with the staff and doctor!   I would highly recommend this provider and I will absolutely go there again!

This was my first time at this facility. Sidney is such a pleasant person and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back if I need urgent care.
