Had a great experience with the Tele-visit with Dr. Zappolo and then a follow up stop-in strep test! They were friendly and very responsive to my needs!

I was a walk-in patient and got right in. Processing was quick. The rooms are clean, the front office filled with sunlight, very inviting. The care was complete and all of my concerns were heard. The PA, Ann Marie, was very good, I will go back again.

My son has had a relentless cough for a couple of days. The staff was attentive and caring. He is wary of nasal swabs and they were so gentle and reassuring to him to rule out 3 viruses. He received medication and is already getting a bit of relief.

This appointment was not easy.  There was construction going on just the other side of the wall of the examination room. I could not communicate without feeling like I needed to yell.  I feel like my blood pressure was not taken appropriately, the device kept rebooting and squishing my arm.  The reading was truly outrageous, I felt like it needed to be retaken.  The tech did not do so.  He said it was acceptable, but, I felt it was not. I would have felt better with another device that was more accurate.  I was given what I had hoped for, some meds , but an unclear diagnosis.  Still my neighborhood go-to.

Needed to be seen while traveling. Shelley checked me in, Lindsay swabbed me, Autumn did my vitals and gave a shot. Provider was Dave Mackey. Everyone was very nice and my needs were met.

They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
