I made an appointment online for Covid testing at 2:00 same day. I waited an hour. When I was taken in it was explained to me that no one had come in all morning then a big rush in the afternoon.  There had been an address change which I noticed online. I called to verify which was correct and discovered they had moved recently. Should be better communication regarding address. No one wants to be sick and looking at the wrong address! They were helpful when I was seen and prescribed meds for my cough. Negative for Covid.

Highly Rated

COVID Test, nasal swab, not at all painful, a tad annoying - close your eyes. Results in 3-5 days. Tech had a "good touch".

I went to get a covid test today. I was warmly greeted by receptionist who gave me instructions and I was called in and greeted by technician who was very nice and thorough. I waited for results and then seen by a physician. He checked my glands and throat. He was very nice and gave me some suggestions to help my sore throat. In all it was a very comforting experience and I would highly recommend the staff at 100 Mill Plain Rd. Thank you all! Ann Peters

Last week I lacerated my right thumb to the point where it could not even be stitched there was nothing left to connect it so they use surgical foam referred me to a Orthopedic specialist. It's been almost a week and I still cannot get a specialist yet this Clinic had me come back to follow up and not only checked my wound but even rebandaged it again. Not only was their bedside manner the best I have ever in all my years experience with walk-in clinics when I called back yesterday they remembered who I was just by my injury. They even said to me if I still have a problem finding an orthopedic specialist to come back in 5 days again. Dr. Williams was an angel absolutely fantastic let me talk never rushed me once didn't try to get rid of me fast like many clinics do and they worked with me. I wish my own primary group was as good as them. I wish they could be my primary. The nurse again I can't remember her name but it sounded like Sarita it's probably wrong but if you're reading this you know Who You Are and even the wonderful lady who checked me in an answered my calls when I tried to schedule the appointment online and I was having a problem I had to call twice never once did she get upset or annoyed she was so pleasant and helpful and sweet I wish I remembered her name. I will always go to them first before my primary and if they think it's a primary doctor I need to go to or somewhere else I will do whatever they say and I don't say those things lightly because I've had my own primary group tell me I was fine when I actually had pneumonia and almost died because they didn't want to give me the time or day to let me talk and let them know I know my body. These wonderful people are working in the front lines helping us and I don't think they get recognized enough especially through this scary time. So again all of you great wonderful Souls at Urgent Care I sincerely with all my heart thank you for helping me and to continue help me. I wish I can give you a hundred Stars if they allowed it. Stay safe and see you in 5 days for another recheck on my wound. Sincerely, Diane Martin

  • Are video visits available with measles vaccine clinics in Derby?
