Wait time!!! I always use the Hold My Spot option for appointments however even though I had a 2:00 spot I waited until 3:48 to be called back. Everyone who was on the Walk-in list was seen before I was today. The reason for using Hold My Spot is so that I don’t have to wait almost 2 hours, with a clinic full of sick people, during a pandemic, while a friend graciously babysat my 3 kids…. I feel the quality of care I receive here is always great, which keeps me coming back to this location. Please just honor the “appointment” times better.

I've been going here for years.when my family or I need it...this visit was ok... Receptionist was the best thing of this whole experience...she is awesome.... NP was ok.. talked to me for about 2 minutes and that was it Nurse must not have a lot of experience with people with anxiety...when I told others a comment she made to me.... everyone responded with a version of....I'm sorry...what did she say? They were shocked... I think may try somewhere else next time I need urgent care which makes me sad...we've been going here for 8 years but didn't feel valued at all after my visit....again except by the Receptionist...

Definitely recommend this Physicians Care. Quick, efficient, and thorough exam by Dr Taylor; The staff was friendly, especially nurse “Cat”… willing to help all they could. Prescriptions were quickly called into pharmacy and hopefully will clear up my sinus infection so I can get to feeling better.

I had been to fast pace on Monday and because I am pregnant they didn’t do much I came to physicians car Thursday and they actually gave me something and checked me out ended up having strep and a ear infection got a antibiotic and I am sure I’ll fill better soon

Everything was really great, actually the best walk-in clinic I’ve visited. Wait time to be seen wasn’t bad at all. The only reason I deducted 2 stars for it was because I was in an exam room for over an hour for only a Covid test. I know every business has their slow days though so I’d still highly recommend!

This was my 1st time withi urgent care. I was taken back immediately and evaluated then he physician and was diagnosed. My prescriptions were emailed to my pharmacy and I picked him up on my way home. Very easy ! I will go back.

Decent wait time for a non-prescheduled appt. Service was quick once I was taken back to be seen with friendly staff. Sent off test results day of visit, with a week later and no one called me with results. Called office for test results over a week later and no one answered. Left voicemail with no returned phone call. Upset that I’ll be sent a bill with no results for what I’ll be paying for. Very unprofessional.

Did not schedule appointment, didn't know you needed to. Did not like signing in with my phone. I am an elderly lady and not use to this. NP was fairly efficient. Everywhere you go, it's NPs doing treatment. Just hope her diagnosis was correct

This place was recommended by a family friend, who said the staff were so nice. Came in with what I believed was a sinus infection. Was in a room within 10 minutes. Was checked out and given a steroid shot all within about 10 minutes as well. The nurses were very nice and the doctor was very attentive and kind. They definitely lived up to the hype and recommendation.

Walked in this wonderful place and was greeted with a really friendly lady at the desk. She was so efficient and helpful I just couldn't believe it. Was in and out within 20 minutes after being tested for covid and flu by the really nice staff and Nurse practioner on duty. Called in prescription and And was on my way. I would highly recommend this facility To anyone.

Made an appointment, showed up at specified time and was told the wait was two hours. I did get to sit in my own car and they texted me to come in. Waited 15 more minutes and got in to see the doctor, went good from there. Computer shut down and they had to write me a prescription for medication. No big deal.
