          Grandson was coughing and congested and fever ,couldn't get into his Dr. so we went back to afc Urgent Care because we got great care last year. Everyone was so sweet and good with him. It's very appreciated. He is 8 and likes going there because they help him he said.Very prompt with calling in his medicines . Thank you so much.           Everything was great except somehow I was enrolled in autopay. I don’t like autopay, so I don’t know how the enrollment happened, as I would not have selected to be enrolled in autopay. I tried to call to resolve the issue and I had a very frustrating experience with an AI bot. The issue was not resolved.  Not everyone likes autopay and bots—some of us prefer the real customer service experience. There is a great staff at this location, and it would be even better without all this autopay bot stuff, as it’s just a waste of everyone’s time.

          I was shocked how easy it was to schedule an appointment on line and for my visit to truly occur at that time. The staff was great, especially the nurse practitioner, Brenda K. She was kind, attentive and proactive. She knew the right questions to ask which made the visit more efficient and easier on me. I felt horrible and she did not make me wait or have to talk a lot. I wish I could have her as my PCP!  I definitely recommend this facility to everyone.
