Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

I was the first appointment of the day for  job drug testing. In and out in 10 minutes. Staff was cordial (not super peppy, but it was also morning). The bathroom needs an update. Everything considered, I am satisfied.

I could not have been more satisfied with the way this visit went, from start to finish. Ankit Shah PA-C was very polite and complete with his questions and explanations. Thank you!

I was moving a couch with a neighbor and as we took it through the front door I misstep and hit my arm on the metal frame and ripped the skin off my arm. Needed to have it cleaned and bandaged.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

Short wait time, friendly staff. My daughter will only get a covid test here because they 'dont poke her brain' as she puts it.

Urgently Care has made me consider making it my personal physician center. My doctors are in NY but for the past few years Urgent Care continues to deliver quality professional clean and Happy Staff. I am considering switching over because of the variety and quality service provided by the ENTIRE TEAM. Thanks again for helping me feel better walking out the door then how I felt going in. Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. Bottom line is, I anticipated, and expected to see a board certified podiatrist... A doctor who "specializes in foot care!"

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.
