Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again

The nurse I saw was lovely and very helpful. However some of the test results were never communicated and I was told I would hear more about next steps after my appointment. I am also bothered by the lack of visit summaries and other details. Facility was clean and spacious, easy to schedule but I care a lot more about the record keeping and communication.

The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this office. Needed a male observed urine drug test . I called early and made an appointment with North Haven clinic. I specified twice I needed a male o server. Was told yes but there was no male. I drove 30 minutes and the staff checked for me and found and sent me to the East Haven clinic and the test was done. This is the second time I waste time and gas playing musical clinics. What is the purpose of making appointments online and/or call resulting as if I didn’t have an appointment. Very frustrating.
