Excellent service by the front officeLesli, and the nurse practitioner Prajwala Uprety who gave me B 112 shot on October 13th. I couldn’t even feel that she had finished with the it. Carolina primary care has the best people on their staff. Dr Bhavani is the kindest, and caring doctor. She listens, which leaves you feeling so satisfied with the visit.

I went in to get a visit because I had a UTI and I don’t even think I talked to the PA or the doctor for more than three minutes and it’s been three days since I’ve gotten prescription in and it’s still not working and I didn’t really even get the answer any questions like does this medicine even help for fevers and stuff like that so it’s a little disappointing. I spent so much money and I don’t feel good.

I am thankful that I could get into urgent care yesterday early. Wait time was very long and doctor only spent 5-10 minutes with me. Very brief exam. He asked me what medicine I can take and prescribed that. I am improving with this med and am thankful but don’t know that I would come back. That was the shortest exam I have ever had. He did not seem concerned. Dr Scott did apologize for the long wait . The staff was courteous. No update though on why the long wait from staff. Also she never had me fill out any medical history. No one did. Assistant To doctor was sweet. With an appointment sitting in waiting area with a lady very sick with no mask on coughing he whole time spreading her germs. There needs to be requirement to west bark or out her away from other people waiting.
