I had a allergic reaction and my top lip was really swollen. My experience was great, from check in to speaking with the nurse. I felt the nurse was a straight shooter as if I was talking to a friend. The lady who checked me in after I showed her my lips because I had my mask on, she was prepared once the nurse was done speaking with me. I really appreciate the both of them and I am doing better. Everything was great except somehow I was enrolled in autopay. I don’t like autopay, so I don’t know how the enrollment happened, as I would not have selected to be enrolled in autopay. I tried to call to resolve the issue and I had a very frustrating experience with an AI bot. The issue was not resolved. Not everyone likes autopay and bots—some of us prefer the real customer service experience. There is a great staff at this location, and it would be even better without all this autopay bot stuff, as it’s just a waste of everyone’s time.
