I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.

Scheduled appointment online and fill out paperwork. Check-in was fast and easy. Staff I found to be friendly but lack of name badges with their position was very disappointing. I would actually consider that very unprofessional considering medical field urgent care. People like to know with whom they are speaking and what their position or specialty may be.
