The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

I had a bad pain in my leg and stomach. I was hesitant to go to the hospital. My friend recommended me to come to umd urgent care. I'm so glad I did. The staff was super caring and Dr. Monk listened and gave me a through evaluation. He took time to get to the root of the problem. I'm so glad I went there. The wait time was brief also. Definitely recommend.

I was not feeling well for 2 days. I didn’t have an appointment , just walked-in. The front desk was very professional and friendly. My  registration was fast since I have been there before. My vital were taken right away and then seen by Dr. J. Islam. I love coming to this place, they sure do take care of the sick.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
