Was able to get a same day appointment for pneumonia. It was fast easy and convenient

Over all good however no exam the PA looked at my info and I commented that I really wanted to make sure my chest was clear and said I don’t think anything is in your chest. No exam at all. Probably a 5 minute conversation and the bill says 30 minutes or more?

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Recommend removing the statement 'walk ins welcome" as I tried to walk in on 07may and was told they were completely booked despite lack of patients in the waiting room.

From calling to scheduling an appointment everything went very good, entire staff was very polite and caring.

First time visiting this clinic, was a long time patient of Dr Adatia and felt at ease when I met Dr. Phillips. She was very easy to talk to,  very knowledgeable, very pleasant and has a great bedside manner! I don’t feel as though anything was missed in changing physicians.
