          I was going in for a routine drug test for my job. There seemed to be very few people there  and I was shown that there were 0 people ahead of me for the test. I continued to wait in the lobby for about 10 min and nobody said anything to me about my wait time other than they will be with me shortly. Both staff members seemed very short with me and the person doing my urine test was rude and impatient with me when I was wrapping up with a text message. She didn’t even flush the toilet from the previous person using it and didn’t apologize for having me enter a bathroom with a used toilet. There was some kind of issue with the ceiling and water leaking everywhere so maybe that’s why the staff was grumpy but that should not be an excuse.

          So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

          I had a cold that wasn't getting any better. So I looked up Urgent Care centers in my medical app and up pops Carbon Health. Living right in the area was so convenient. I made an online appointment instead of walking in. And everything was perfect! I was taken care of, received prescriptions to pickup. They are so caring and professional there.           Everyone was very helpful. I booked the appointment the night before for 9 o’clock when they open. I got right in and Dr. Emanuel came in. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and prescribe medication for me. I have been to urgent care a few times before and everyone is always so wonderful. I would recommend urgent care. I have insurance that covers everything. That was not a worry for me! I had booked my appointment the night before online.

          I was able to be seen right away. The attendant, Alejandra, was amazing and was able to get me seen immediately by a physician.
