Easy to make an appointment  Staff was respectful and and pleasant

I was not feeling well for 2 days. I didn’t have an appointment , just walked-in. The front desk was very professional and friendly. My  registration was fast since I have been there before. My vital were taken right away and then seen by Dr. J. Islam. I love coming to this place, they sure do take care of the sick.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

The provider was so professional and through. He was easy to talk to and listened to me with such care for my situation. I always come to this location when the need arises because I know the care will be exceptional.

Very responsive, short wait time. Also, answered phone, quickly.

I walked in without appointment and after a short wait I was treated for my eye problem. The care i got was excellent the staff listened and was very friendly. highly recommend E.I.

Short wait time, friendly staff. My daughter will only get a covid test here because they 'dont poke her brain' as she puts it.

Got an appointment quickly and was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. Attentive professionals.

Urgently Care has made me consider making it my personal physician center. My doctors are in NY but for the past few years Urgent Care continues to deliver quality professional clean and Happy Staff. Brought my daughter in because her pediatrician was the opposite direction of an appointment I needed to get to. She has a vital ear infection and conjunctivitis, she had the same virus last spring. I thought it would be faster to do urgent care. We sat in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours with 5 or 6 other groups. Only one person was brought in during that time, he had a significant cut and they sent him to the hospital after a quick evaluation. They did not appear busy and 4 or 5 patients came out over the course of that time. When we were finally brought in, minutes after the one group that was ahead of us, they did an initial intake and put us in a room for another 30 minutes or so. The doctor finally came in, he was with us for maybe 4 minutes and we were on our way. All staff members were very nice, friendly and professional but they should have alerted us that they were on a 2+ hour wait. We would have gone elsewhere.

Nurse was truly amazing listened carefully to all my concerns.

I had a bad pain in my leg and stomach. I was hesitant to go to the hospital. My friend recommended me to come to umd urgent care. I'm so glad I did. The staff was super caring and Dr. Monk listened and gave me a through evaluation. He took time to get to the root of the problem. I'm so glad I went there. The wait time was brief also. Definitely recommend.
