          I went as a walk in, wasn’t busy so got right into the back. Waited a bit because I’m sure they probably had other patients back there already. PA I saw was top notch, very knowledgeable and friendly. She was a per diem ee and honestly if she was there full time that would be the only place I would go. Nice staff too.

          I have been to AFC Urgent Care in West Islip several times Dr's and staff are always friendly , and professional . I was seen once before by Carlos Coello, PA -C , and today for a skin rash, on my arm.           My appt was 9:00 am and I wasn’t seen until 10:00. It ended up being a tele visit when I expected to see a live doctor. Everyone was very nice though.

          Had a scheduled appointment for a blood draw. Excellent quality of care. The lady who took my blood was extremely gentle and the doctor was a sweetheart. Also the folks at the front desk were very kind and considerate. Would come back here for sure.
