I had an itchy eye on Wednesday and woke up Thursday with my eye red and seeping. I was a walk-in and two people were before me, both done quickly. Front desk admin was helpful, the app for check-in didn’t work and the PA said my eye was infected and called in a prescription to my pharmacy. Day three of meds my eye is still itchy, red and hurts but less than before. Waiting to see if I will be fully recovered soon.

Highly recommend this urgent care. The excellent care and friendly staff makes the visit go smoothly and stress free. Knowing that the doctors treats your child as if they were they’re own.

I’ve been to White Plains Urgent Care twice.The physicians are very thorough, professional and kind and answered all my questions. The staff is professional as well and the office and exam rooms are very clean.

It was very amazing experience, everyone was nice and did amazing job, the wait room was and doctors room was clean and spacious good energy all around.

Urgently Care has made me consider making it my personal physician center. My doctors are in NY but for the past few years Urgent Care continues to deliver quality professional clean and Happy Staff. Did wrong diagnosis. Staff who conducted Quick test said that strep throat test is positive and antibiotics should be started . On our request , same time culture test was also taken whose results showed negative result for strep throat.  Because of wrong diagnosis, antibiotics was taken for 2 days

The entire staff was friendly, especially the receptionist. She made my experience move smoothly by explaining the process/next steps before I was taken to the exam room. She is an excellent team player!

it was a great experience to visit Maywood urgent care Doctor and staff excellent

The tech or nurse that took the throat culture took the sample in a very rushed and quick manner and I question whether the result is accurate. The last time I took my other child there I had the same person and the result was negative but when I went to another Dr it was positive less than 24 hours later. I know results can change but I wish that person would be more thorough and take their time.

Made an 8 am appt. Everything went smoothly. All questions were answered PA and staff on duty was very courteous. Good experience at this location.
