          The front desk staff and the other staff members were alright, but I honestly hated everything about this appointment. The doctor was absolutely the worst. The way she spoke to and treated her patients was completely unacceptable. I have never experienced anything like this from a medical provider. When people are sick, they come to the doctor for help, compassion, and understanding, not to be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected. This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a healthcare provider. And I still have not heard back yet

          I had a blocked ear and had great difficulty hearing . My appointment was scheduled quickly and I was able to receive help right away! The doctor was kind and reassuring and knew exactly what to do. The nurse removed the wax from my ear and worked with confidence and efficiency. My hearing was restored and I was so relieved.           I had booked an appointment they took the walk in first, Fia who came in to take my blood pressure was very polite and helpful. The nurse practitioner seemed to be in a rush and didn’t want to hear what I said to say. I asked for the breathing treatment which I always get for my asthma and she told me I’m able to breathe so she didn’t think it was necessary. Not very happy
