This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Quick experience with a clear diagnosis and next steps for me to take. Appreciate the help!

I booked appointment online. No wait time. Pleasant staff and knowledgeable. Gave me what I needed to get better. Clean facility!

I've been to this facility 3 times for different reasons. Each time I received Excellent diagnosis and treatment each time.

I had a bad pain in my leg and stomach. I was hesitant to go to the hospital. My friend recommended me to come to umd urgent care. I'm so glad I did. The staff was super caring and Dr. Monk listened and gave me a through evaluation. He took time to get to the root of the problem. I'm so glad I went there. The wait time was brief also. Definitely recommend.

Not bad, tech and doctor were great. Check in was simple due to virtual check in option.

Had ear pressure and pain. Walked in without an appointment and was seen within 15 minutes.  Friendly staff and provider was excellent and provided great care.
