Easy to make an appointment  Staff was respectful and and pleasant

Woke up very sick. Called but no openings. Had to book an appointment and wait the next day to be seen. Doctors and their assistants very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend been seen here for more than 8 years.

I just needed a bc refill and I got just that .. didnt take too much of my time, but I appreciate the staff here ! I would definitely recommend this provider.

Excellent experience. Staff, cleanliness, explanation of tests and treatment.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

The PA and I am so sorry I cannot remember her name, was so nice and very knowledgeable and thourogh. She thankfully did not believe the X-ray was correct and strongly encouraged me to see an orthopedist. There was indeed a fracture. I am truly thankful for her advice.

I didn’t make an appointment in advanced but just walked in & the staff took me in right away, was able to help me with my issue, gave me the proper medications and were super friendly. 10/10 recommended

Had a swollen painful knee from repetitive motion at work and was sent to have it checked out. I was seen within a few minutes and xrayed. Everyone ( X-ray tech, receptionist and nurse practitioner) very pleasant

I arrived at 10am my appointment time was 10 am I didn’t get seen until 12:30 they totally forgot about me sitting there my mom had to remind them that I haven’t been called and been there since 10 am didn’t leave the office until 1:30

Staff was friendly.   Got right in doctor was pleasant gave me the right antibiotics I’ll go back definetly

Sought treatment for unusual sore throat, as I am traveling tomorrow. Made appt for 1:00 at Oakhurst office. I had to fill out all the paperwork after arriving, even tho I had filled it all out online! The nice staff member said it was empty (except for my previously uploaded ins card and drivers license). Even tho I had an appointment and waiting room was empty, a provider stepped out to say she had to do a procedure, and there would be a 40 min. wait! Nice staff member saw I could not wait, and called Eatontown office where I was seen and tested for Strep promptly.  In future, I intend to visit the Eatontown office.

Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! Very friendly and caring staff that did the most to make me feel comfortable the whole time. My nurse/technician was Rich and he was the best to work with. Really liked this experience and will go back if needed.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
