Pain from Sciatica had become unbearable. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment with my doctor, but I went online to Carbon Health's website and had no trouble booking an appointment. I was seen on time, the facility was clean & comfortable, the check-in process was hassle free, and the young lady at the front desk was polite and professional. Dr. Upton was a tremendous help to me. In addition to being able to prescribe the right medication for my condition, she advised me regarding lifestyle changes that might be beneficial. Above all - SHE LISTENED to me! I would certainly recommend this location to my friends and neighbors.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

Anyone who is at risk of exposure to the hepatitis virus should get tested. This includes individuals who have shared needles or other drug paraphernalia, had unprotected sex with multiple partners, or have a history of long-term liver disease. Additionally, the CDC recommends testing for those who have traveled to or lived in areas with high rates of hepatitis, such as certain parts of Asia and Africa.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial as it allows for early detection and treatment, reducing the risk of serious liver damage. According to the CDC, many people with hepatitis do not experience symptoms until the disease has progressed, making regular testing essential for those at risk. Early treatment can also prevent the spread of the virus to others.
