My first time at Guidewell today made a lasting impression on me. From my phone conversation with receptionist, the ease at scheduling appt, the quick response time for that appt, I was already impressed. Wait time at the office was minimal; Katherine (ARNP) was so caring, gentle and kind. She listened to everything I told her, and made the decision for me to have X-RAYS taken. After having this procedure done, Katherine came back into the room and made some great recommendations for me to follow through with. I only wish I could make Guidewell my Primary Healthcare Provider! Marsha

I was able to save a spot which was very helpful as it was busy. The wait time was reasonable. Mariangela was patient and understanding, which made me at ease. Dusti was compassionate from the moment she came into the room. She was super helpful and thoroughly explained my results and the best course of action. I felt like she truly cared for my well being. I am grateful I went to AFC Pinellas Park during a difficult time. I would absolutely return and recommend to anyone! Thank you for providing such great service.

Overview of STD Testing in East Lake

STD testing is an important part of maintaining sexual health, especially for sexually active individuals in East Lake. Many sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are asymptomatic, meaning they do not show noticeable symptoms, making regular testing essential. People with multiple sexual partners or those who engage in unprotected sex are particularly at risk, but testing is recommended for anyone who is sexually active. STD testing in East Lake can detect a range of infections early, allowing for timely treatment and reducing the risk of serious health complications such as infertility, cancer, and the spread of infections to others. Local testing options in East Lake often include urgent care centers, primary care providers, community health centers, and at-home test kits.
