          I am suffering from allergies… but didn’t know what was wrong. I was able to go online make an appointment and within a few hours I was diagnosed. I highly recommend you contact them through their website.  Second time I’ve been diagnosed here. Staff is very helpful. They are always very supportive, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.           I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A.           I use DOCS for my primary care and they are phenomenal. The doctors there are great. The staff is phenomenal from the front desk people who really do care about their patients. They are very respectful and caring. I am a very picky person and when I tell you that I would refer DOCS to anybody, I would definitely refer them all day any day as I stated they are very caring very respectful as many places like this, I've been to staff has been horrible but here they are great. I don't have one bad thing to say continue what you guys are doing and thank you so much for being so awesome!

          The front desk in training was extremely rude . I walked in , her head was down , I’m sure she heard and saw me . If I did not greet her she would not have lifted her head to say anything . I told her the issue and before I could finish she goes “oh I would wait for her to come back because I’m just in training “ whether you’re in training or not greeting someone is common decency along with letting me know someone will be right with me . Her demeanor was completely off and unacceptable especially dealing with people in a doctors office. Everyone else was great.
