          The front desk person and the assistant were excellent. I will probably not return because the PA, Taylor B. wa so high up on her horse she missed critical information I had given the assistant. Her maturity level and inexperience showed throughout the visit. She wrote the script for the wrong amount of days and so I hope I don’t return needing another round. I used to love this center. Not now.

          I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

          Booked appointment last night so I could stop before work got there 7:50am first one in. At 8:15 they had called 2 people back before me. I asked person at intake desk what was up. Was immediately taken back and out in 15 minutes. Glad I spoke up & glad they listened.

          I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

          Staff was friendly from the time I walked in until my visit was over. They listened & answered all questions I had & if they needed any extra information they did not mind you giving insight.           I have been sick for over 1 week. I went to a different urgent care and it was just terrible. I went to AFC Urgent Care in Frazer this afternoon and it was an exceptional experience!   From check in through the end of the visit, every person was attentive, professional and really nice.  Julie Rich is a stand out!! I walked right in, checking in with a QR code was super easy and the staff was wonderful.  Yes, I would recommend this provider to everyone.

          I am always pleased with service I receive at this facility.  I must say I feel really sick and was given an antibiotic and cough syrup for my symptoms.  I hope by Friday I am feeling better.  For some reason this time there exist an element of doubt however we will see.  I certainly will call if I am not better by Thursday. I would recommend the facility.
