Scheduling and check-in were so easy. It released my anxiety over getting help right away that morning. Without exception, everyone was courteous and professional. Doctor Craig was extremely  thorough  checking beyond the ordinary and digging deeper. Thank you everyone.

1 was so pleased with my experience at the Bergenfield Urgent Care I am glad that I chose this place in my time of need. I would definitely recommend this urgent care! The staff was friendly and kind. The quality of care was amazing! I didn’t have to wait long at all.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Woke up this morning with minor cold symptoms. Since my mother who I live with is in fragile health, I decided to take a Covid test to be on the safe side.  I walked in, was registered and seen within a matter of minutes. The doctor was helpful and sympathetic. Excellent service!!!!

I had cut my finger on broken glass and it was bleeding good for several hours I was seen very quickly they checked me in cleaned it and gave me antibiotics  Very friendly and helpful staff

Staff was great.  They knew what they were doing and was very conscious of the discomfort the patient was in.   They all did a great job!

Very knowledgeable and fast service. I really like Dr Chen. He spends the time to talk to you and explain what’s happening. The staff is super friendly . Best part is if you need a x-ray they have that on the premises which is so much easier than going to a radiology lab.
