The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Great place the staff is so pleasant and helpful they explained everything that was wrong from start to end thanks so much .The wait time was only a few minutes check in process was very easy.The doctor on staff went above and beyond. I drove 20 min just to go there because they treat everyone like family

Got an appointment quickly and was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. Attentive professionals.

Did wrong diagnosis. Staff who conducted Quick test said that strep throat test is positive and antibiotics should be started . On our request , same time culture test was also taken whose results showed negative result for strep throat.  Because of wrong diagnosis, antibiotics was taken for 2 days

Lovely place.  From the receptionist to the nurse to the nurse practitioner, everyone was a pleasure to deal with.  Would definitely recommend.

The provider was so professional and through. He was easy to talk to and listened to me with such care for my situation. I always come to this location when the need arises because I know the care will be exceptional.

Waited 2hr after checking in until my vital and blood pressure where taken . Then another 20mins till doctor came into room .only saw doctor at max 5mins which is the best part but there was . only 2 patients in front of me in office .the lady in front of me ask why she's been waiting 1.5hrs to be seen then 10mins later they called her in ... after I left it took another 30mins for them to send meds over pharmacy.. hire more doctors to work there. Or have someone help them with paperwork so patient turn around is better. This is the 2nd time with a long wait last time was 3hrs in waiting room with my daughter . I don't think I will be using you again .. nobody feeling sick wants to spend 2-3hrs to get care ridiculous

I was able to get my daughter in by booking online as soon as the school called me. They were kind and thorough, I just wish there was a way for them to follow upnif needed.

Brought my daughter in because her pediatrician was the opposite direction of an appointment I needed to get to. She has a vital ear infection and conjunctivitis, she had the same virus last spring. I thought it would be faster to do urgent care. We sat in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours with 5 or 6 other groups. Only one person was brought in during that time, he had a significant cut and they sent him to the hospital after a quick evaluation. They did not appear busy and 4 or 5 patients came out over the course of that time. When we were finally brought in, minutes after the one group that was ahead of us, they did an initial intake and put us in a room for another 30 minutes or so. The doctor finally came in, he was with us for maybe 4 minutes and we were on our way. All staff members were very nice, friendly and professional but they should have alerted us that they were on a 2+ hour wait. We would have gone elsewhere.

My experience from the receptionist to seeing the doctor was quick and I was impressed with the overall competence and care I received. Very good experience for my first visit
