This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

Everyone in the office was professional. They were genuinely concerned about my health.

I was not feeling well for 2 days. I didn’t have an appointment , just walked-in. The front desk was very professional and friendly. My  registration was fast since I have been there before. My vital were taken right away and then seen by Dr. J. Islam. I love coming to this place, they sure do take care of the sick.

The doctor the very unprofessional, snarky. And kept going on about my symptoms on what he “thinks” rather than facts,  then gave me attitude over wanting a xray stating “if you want radiation then fine” when i asked about a full panel he acted as if it was coming out of his pocket to pay for me. This isnt the first time he has acted like this either. He does not seem like he wants to be there or deal with the patients. He also does not want to find out what is the cause of why someone is sick he rather just go off of what he thinks. Everyone else that was their nurses staffing besides the doctor they were all great!

The doctor was amazing. I am very happy with the quality of care.

Woke up with a sore throat. Went to your facility in Rockaway, NJ. I did not have an appointment but the wait time  was not terrible. I was treated in a kind and caring manner, prescribed meds and able to get back home quickly.

It couldn’t have gone better. I just moved to Hoboken and I was recommended by a colleague to go and I’m very happy I did. The facilities were very clean, they had Disney movies playing in the lobby, everything was so seamless, quick and efficient. The staff was very friendly and Ross was incredible. Absolutely amazing and will not be going anywhere else.

Did wrong diagnosis. Staff who conducted Quick test said that strep throat test is positive and antibiotics should be started . On our request , same time culture test was also taken whose results showed negative result for strep throat.  Because of wrong diagnosis, antibiotics was taken for 2 days

I had a bad pain in my leg and stomach. I was hesitant to go to the hospital. My friend recommended me to come to umd urgent care. I'm so glad I did. The staff was super caring and Dr. Monk listened and gave me a through evaluation. He took time to get to the root of the problem. I'm so glad I went there. The wait time was brief also. Definitely recommend.

Scheduling and check-in were so easy. It released my anxiety over getting help right away that morning. Without exception, everyone was courteous and professional. Doctor Craig was extremely  thorough  checking beyond the ordinary and digging deeper. Thank you everyone.

Highly recommend this urgent care. The excellent care and friendly staff makes the visit go smoothly and stress free. Knowing that the doctors treats your child as if they were they’re own.
