Book an STD Test in Highlands Ranch, CO

Took my child to been seen 30 minutes before closing. I walked in and advised we may need an xray because we are concerned about a broken wrist. Front desk never advised they only had xray techs on certain days (and there was no one to perform the service we needed). Say the provider (Ester) who advised we would not be able to get an xray tonight. I said that doesn't make sense we specifically requested that and advised the front desk. Ester put her hand up to me and said I can go get the manager. Once the manager Christina came she advised that the receptionist was following protocol by not advising they would NOT do xray. I explained how unprofessional for them to specifically keep that information from customers who have paid when I could have gone elsewhere prior to paying and not getting the services my CHILD needed. The manager agreed to turn on the machine and run the test. The provider Ester came back and when I asked how long until I should expect a phone call with the results she became more frustrated. I just wanted a window of when to expect a call. If this is the kind of care your providers are giving they should reconsider being in the medical field. She was rude and has zero chairside manner. 0/5 all if this could have been avoided had the receptionist been able to advise they cannot offer Xray at this time. I wouldn't recommend this provide for anything - with that kind of attitude she has she should not be seeing patients.

Scheduling was easy peasy, and over the past week I had to cancel five times due to no ride and they still took me today. The check-in I did online but when I got there they took me right in. The staff is amazing good people skills bedside manner as well as they're so sweet. And my level of care was a 10!

This is the best urgent care I've ever been to the people were very friendly. The doctor was great and very thorough. I usually have anxiety when I go to a new place for the first time, but I felt no anxiety this time because they were so friendly and didn't even cross my mind. I will most definitely recommend this place to anybody great place.

This was my first time at this facility. Sidney is such a pleasant person and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back if I need urgent care.

It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

Woke up still feeling sick, sore throat, constant coughing, head cold, body aches. Scheduled an appointment online and upon check-in about 45 or so minutes called back to get checked and seen by nurse practitioner. Kind and professional mannerism, along with friendly staff.

This was my third time going to an urgent care (second time here) and I was desperate for meds of any kind because I had been suffering for 9ish days. Thankfully, Hannah (I think that’s the doctor’s name) took me seriously and was set on getting me healthy again. I am so grateful for her; for taking my illness seriously, being so kind and empathetic, and helping me find treatment. If I have to come back again for any reason in the future, I hope I have her!!

I didn’t check in for an office visit on line  so I had to wait for about an hour to see a doctor.In the future I will check in on line

First time at an urgent care. Very pleased. Check in easy. Staff was wonderful.  Provider explained ed everything very well

I’m so glad the provider was supportive, and empathetic. Thank you so much for helping me. The weight was not long, and I have been suffering with an extreme car for over a month. It was mostly resolved it within a day.. it’s the best. I felt in a very long time.

I was able to be in and out within the hour. Everyone was really nice and professional

Check in was easy and quick. I was seen by the Dr very quickly! I was able to pick up my antibiotic within a couple of hours.

Really good experience overall!! Helpful receptionist.  Short wait.  Great PA.

Scheduled a DOT physical time of wait wasn’t long was in and out, the whole process of the physical went smooth all the questions that I asked were answered, well return to get an actual physical physical the DOT physical was for a job that I am applying for

As we walked in all were kind, helpful and respectful I got taken care of right away
