The entire staff was  very friendly and thorough. I felt very at ease with the diagnosis and treatment received.

The doctor and the staff were professional and warm and friendly.   The service was excellent.

I came in and was taken right back and was impressed with all of the staff  The facility was amazing and I felt like I was in a hospital.

I was a walk-in patient and got right in. Processing was quick. The rooms are clean, the front office filled with sunlight, very inviting. The care was complete and all of my concerns were heard. The PA, Ann Marie, was very good, I will go back again.

I am an RN and am sensitive to quality of the Healthcare process. The initial greeting was kind and helpful and the staff in the treatment area were very easygoing and professional. The PA was genuinely caring so we could converse easily and professionally. Honestly a great visit!

I realized I better have someone look at my arm abrasion to make sure I didn't have an infection. I booked an appt. In Thornton 1st, but didn't realize they were closed until I got there. There was no notification before hand. I then booked an appt. In Broomfield, which went very well. Service was great, excellent and fast. I was in and out with prescription. I would recommend this provider.

I didn’t check in for an office visit on line  so I had to wait for about an hour to see a doctor.In the future I will check in on line

2 hour waiting time is unacceptable regardless of short staffed providers.

Had a noon appointment (was confirmed morning of👍🏼) pretty much got right in on time.  Nurse practitioner saw me quickly and treated me.  Would definitely recommend

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
