Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. Visit and staff overall friendly and helpful . Great and fast visit! My insurance wasn’t going through so I had to pay out of pocket which I understood wasn’t the front desk persons fault she tried calling my insurance multiple times and I appreciate her help so much! I was told to call the next day to speak to a manager so that once the system was back up I could get a refund . I’ve been calling a few times and it keeps saying your office is closed but when the automatic voice recording tells me the clinical hours it says you guys are open . It’s just a little inconvenient for me to have to go in person because I work overnights and so during the days I’m trying to catch up on things to get ready to go back to work at night and so having to go in person if i do have to go in makes thinks harder
