I wound up having the flu. I was able to schedule an appointment online the same morning I needed to go in. As the first appointment, I didn't have to wait. The staff were all nice, efficient and I was in and out within about 20 minutes. They diagnosed me after taking a flu test and prescribed me medicines to take. I will be going there again if my primary doctor is unavailable.

Came home from work and noticed that my child had a high fever. Her pediatrician office was closed so I googled and saw that this urgent care was opened. It was super easy scheduling an appointment on my phone and sending my insurance information with just a picture. There was probably a 25 min wait time to be put in a room but it’s an urgent care so considering that it’s not bad at all since the waiting area was full. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk guy to the MA and especially the Dr. She took her time examining my daughter and explaining the care and treatment process. Thank you for listening and caring, I would highly recommend.

I am a resident of Fort Lee.  Unfortunately when one of my family members, 10-50 age range feels ill.  When our primary pediatrician or Internal Medicine office can’t accommodate walk-in visit.  We all go to Prompt MD in Fort Lee.  There’s parking, wait time is acceptable especially when your a walk in.  At the ER you would wait at least an hour before anything happens.  At Prompt MD things more much faster.  Staff very nice, easy to check in, MD’s - PA’s all very knowledgeable and have always helped my or my family members outcomes improve for the better.  Go see for your self.

Sick as a dog for 2 days.  I originally went to PromptMD because it was the only urgent care in my plan, even though it was “all the way” across town (in quotes because it’s walkable in 1/2 hour).  Now I go because it is the best around.   Was taken seriously, reviewed seriously, and most of my fears were allayed by a negative COVID and Flu test.  So sick, yes, but rest and sleep are the remedeys needed. Thank you
