The doctor was also very friendly and professional.  Explained everything along the way and concerned for my care even though my issue was not a big thing.           Both nurse and doctor were very attentive of my issue, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable .  My appointment was on time, and handled timely with care, no rushing.  My meds were also called in immediately to ensure I did not have to wait.  This urgent care facility provides clean, safe and care with meaning.  I appreciate both Larry and Dr. Figueras for their compassion, support and care!!           The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.
