Woke up very sick. Called but no openings. Had to book an appointment and wait the next day to be seen. Doctors and their assistants very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend been seen here for more than 8 years.

No appointment. I walked in. No one ahead of me, so I was seen instantly. My discussionwith the doctor lasted about 5 minutes. It went downhill from there. I needed to go to the hospital, but was not given a choice of which one to go to. They sent all my records to their affiliate hospital, which is a hellhole. I'm still there 3 days later with no diagnosis, probably because I've rarely seen a doctor, and when they do come into my room, they spend less than 5 minutes here. I could go on and on, but this isn't a review of the hospital. The bottom line is this urgent care facility is just a pipeline to the subpar hospital. You're better off going elsewhere. I would not recommend this facility.

I had a relapse of a sinus infection and was not able to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor. Stopped to Optum on a whim and was thrilled with the whole process from cleanliness to pleasant staff yo a responsive doctor who listened and cared

All staff were efficient, effective, and friendly/ professional.

The PA and I am so sorry I cannot remember her name, was so nice and very knowledgeable and thourogh. She thankfully did not believe the X-ray was correct and strongly encouraged me to see an orthopedist. There was indeed a fracture. I am truly thankful for her advice.

I arrived at 10am my appointment time was 10 am I didn’t get seen until 12:30 they totally forgot about me sitting there my mom had to remind them that I haven’t been called and been there since 10 am didn’t leave the office until 1:30

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

The staff is wonderful  The PA Victoria was informative and helpful  Professional.

Jeanette was incredible, caring friendly, knowledgeable.

My experience from the receptionist to seeing the doctor was quick and I was impressed with the overall competence and care I received. Very good experience for my first visit

Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.
