I just needed a bc refill and I got just that .. didnt take too much of my time, but I appreciate the staff here ! I would definitely recommend this provider.

I arrived at 10am my appointment time was 10 am I didn’t get seen until 12:30 they totally forgot about me sitting there my mom had to remind them that I haven’t been called and been there since 10 am didn’t leave the office until 1:30

Got a call from the school nurse that child was coughing a lot, scheduled in the app to have him seen an hour later. Arrived earlier than our appointment, check in was easy and wait time was quick.   Staff was friendly, office was clean and decorative.  Condition was well managed and explained.  Would highly recommend

Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.

Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!
