The staff in the waiting room was a little on the rude side, however the staff in the triage and exam room was fantastic/ amazing!! When my son asked a question and I answered him the lady in the waiting room responded harshly with a loud voice towards my son and myself and wife. I had to raise my voice, so my son could hear me apparently she thought I was complaining.
