          There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

          I had a blocked ear and had great difficulty hearing . My appointment was scheduled quickly and I was able to receive help right away! The doctor was kind and reassuring and knew exactly what to do. The nurse removed the wax from my ear and worked with confidence and efficiency. My hearing was restored and I was so relieved.           I use DOCS for my primary care and they are phenomenal. The doctors there are great. The staff is phenomenal from the front desk people who really do care about their patients. They are very respectful and caring. I am a very picky person and when I tell you that I would refer DOCS to anybody, I would definitely refer them all day any day as I stated they are very caring very respectful as many places like this, I've been to staff has been horrible but here they are great. I don't have one bad thing to say continue what you guys are doing and thank you so much for being so awesome!

          The office staff were friendly and professional. The office is in a great location with easy access, and the environment was very clean. They accepted my insurance without any issues. The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this office. Unfortunately, the app does not allow patients to send messages directly to the doctor.

          I thought I was supposed to meet with Sheryl Zito. That's what Dr. DeAngelo had implied. And now it's up to me to find someplace for x-rays? Couldn't point me in any direction? Gee thanks.
