Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. This is an excellent urgent care facility. The staff were professional, polite, considerate and compassionate. Wait time was minimal despite being busy. Scheduling an appointment was very helpful. Very clean facility. Thorough exam and knowledgeable medical professionals. Check-in/check-out was efficient and seamless.

The Lady at the front Desk was very friendly and helped me a lot in my visit. 👏 The whole team there are Great.

I accidentally cut my hand while preparing dinner and couldn't control the bleeding. Knowing Fast Track was close by and open late, I went over immediately without an appointment. I was greeted immediately upon entry and guided through the check in process. The doctor and nurse were very professional and friendly, providing the information I needed on next steps and what symptoms I should watch for. I'm very glad Fast Track is in Kensington and able to treat acute injuries with kindness and care.

This was our first time coming to PM Pediatrics. I wish I would have know about it sooner. The physician was very knowledgeable. She is a pediatric ER physician. After her thorough exam, she gave us the time we needed to talk and ask questions. I felt very comfortable with her recommendations.

I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. Thanks

The booking was easy. I love this particular location. Doctor and nurse were very good and helpful. The only downside- unfriendly person on a front desk.

My medical practitioner, Jackie, is simply the best - high-energy, caring, communicative and ultra-competent. I couldn’t ask for better treatment for what turned out to be a painful fractured rib.
