From start to finish the experience went smoothly.  Staff was amazing.

They Should Have A Better Way To Ask (Why Your Here) Without The Whole Building Knowing… As A Women If It’s Something Personal I Don’t Need The People In The Waiting Area Knowing… Other Than That…. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️  Very Friendly Nice, The Guy At The Front Is Amazing My Doctor Was Amazing and So Helpful and Really Showed She Cared About Me….

Easy to schedule, they had a same day appt and I was able to book right at 9 am, staff and PA were SO nice, PA was informative and friendly, with great bedside manner and advice. My only opportunity area for this Urgent Care would be to reduce the wait time. It took 40 minutes before I even saw the PA from when I arrived with the 9 am appt. And all together I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. PA was new and learning the ropes and computer systems, but this waiting time (with an appt) should look to be shortened in the future.

I had a relapse of a sinus infection and was not able to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor. Stopped to Optum on a whim and was thrilled with the whole process from cleanliness to pleasant staff yo a responsive doctor who listened and cared

Everything about the visit was great

Woke up very sick. Called but no openings. Had to book an appointment and wait the next day to be seen. Doctors and their assistants very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend been seen here for more than 8 years.

No appointment. I walked in. No one ahead of me, so I was seen instantly. My discussionwith the doctor lasted about 5 minutes. It went downhill from there. I needed to go to the hospital, but was not given a choice of which one to go to. They sent all my records to their affiliate hospital, which is a hellhole. I'm still there 3 days later with no diagnosis, probably because I've rarely seen a doctor, and when they do come into my room, they spend less than 5 minutes here. I could go on and on, but this isn't a review of the hospital. The bottom line is this urgent care facility is just a pipeline to the subpar hospital. You're better off going elsewhere. I would not recommend this facility.

Got an appointment quickly and was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. Attentive professionals.

The staff is wonderful  The PA Victoria was informative and helpful  Professional.

Just learned they preformed a pregnancy test on me without my knowledge or consent nor did they tell me the results of this test.  I was made aware on my insurance EOB from them billing my insurance company for it.  Absolutely unethical to be preforming tests without any knowledge or consent.

Nurse was truly amazing listened carefully to all my concerns.

Dr was exceptional. The front desk was very efficient

My daughter rolled her ankle yesterday, so we made an appt for the next day. They took us in quickly and were very friendly and accommodating. They had her x rayed and bandaged up and we were on our way. The dr was great also.

It was my first visit and I would highly recommend this as an alternative when your family doctor is unavailable. Great service and very professional. I was quite satisfied with my visit.
