Hello, I’m writing to express a concern regarding my recent visit to your urgent care. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience during the blood draw. The person who attempted to draw my blood had to stick me three separate times before successfully collecting the sample. The experience was painful and made me feel very uncomfortable. I understand that sometimes blood draws can be difficult, but I did not feel confident or comfortable with the way the procedure was handled. I would appreciate it if this concern could be reviewed. Very friendly staff. Extremely satisfied with the teamwork between them s well. Very efficient, good listeners. They worked quickly to figure out my sore throat issues. This is better than my primary care!!

I am always appreciative of the connivence this office offers.   Today I had a gentleman doctor and I thought although very upbeat and friendly, I was uncomfortable with the religious questions.  I personally believe there is a time and place, at this appointment was not it.  One, I didn’t feel well and the appointment should have stayed about that.  Two, he is  unaware of my circumstances and that was not the place.  I heard how he had converted, he asked me if I did, and it was very uncomfortable because again he had no idea of my circumstances A suggestion to possibly keep the appointment chatter on a lighter note. People coming in don’t feel well to begin with, any kind of heavy conversation may lead to some awkwardness (and it absolutely did).   Faith, and religion should be off the table for light conversation   Thank you.

I highly recommend AFC Saugus. I came in on a Saturday morning and was one of the first patients in the clinic. They attended to me quickly and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The physician was easy to work with and attentively listened to my concerns and addressed the symptoms I was experiencing. AFC Saugus will be my top choice should I need medical assistance in the future.

Nice and capable staff for Covid 19 test. Very busy, so a bit of a wait for callbacks and when at site, and needed to call at site to get staff to come to car. Signed up for antibody test beforehand but not available when I got there. I am glad because the test is up to $200, depending on how much insurance covers. Call insurance first for sure.
