My NP was very caring and explained everything she ordered and why, very thorough. The staff is extremely friendly and my nurse was awesome! I really like the check in online, makes things go faster!

My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.

The best urgent care here in Ann Arbor! The office staff was amazing!

Wait time was short. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was my first visit to the Walk-in clinic. I will use this service in the future if necessary.

I came in because of itching of upper body. I thought I was having an allergic reaction, the provider saw me for less than 5 minutes and gave me a medical diagnosis of yeast and prescription Nystatin. I felt that that was wrong so I went to my allergist and asked could she see me, she said I had it an infection on my back so she gave me told me not to use the Nystatin and gave me antibiotics steroids and some steroid cream for the inflammation. I had to paid the urgent care $45 for the visit office, then they charge my insurance $400 plus dollars but they didn't help me. I will add, I usually have decent service from this location, but not this time.

I had been struggling with a bad cough and sinusitis and I was able to get in right away, within 15 minutes, and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the Doctor gave great care and gave an accurate diagnosis with meds to help get me better asap.  Very happy with the patient care from Doctor and medical staff! I would recommend this provider.

Brittany was the best!! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable, I had somewhat of a sensitive issue and she didn’t make me feel weird or bad at all! If I got the name wrong she’s the nurse who talked to me about finding a sea urchin on the beach, she is black, wore ponytail, long sleeve scrubs, probably the friendliest healthcare provider I’ve ever had!

On line check in is a little difficult. If you not savy with transporting picturea.

Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

His was a very professional place. From the waiting room to the staff & the doctor it was all very nice. Would definitely recommend to all. No long wait either

Have been feeling sick with sore throat and went to my favorite health care place in Ann Arbor to get it looked at. The entire staff is super kind and I’m always helpful. I feel listened to and not crazy. I can’t believe I enjoy going to urgent care but this is that place for me! The staff make it incredible with their all around care! And check in is easy

Great place for kids and adults. The pharmacist is the best. My doctor was very kind and helpful.

Friendly happy people, clean, fast, helpful. I showed up for a sport’s physical and forgot my card, they were willing to help in any way, took it over the phone for me. I appreciated that.

Daughter woke up with a rash, couldn’t get into her primary . Booked an appointment early in the morning and got in at 9:30 with Marcy. She’s always great!!!
