The PA and I am so sorry I cannot remember her name, was so nice and very knowledgeable and thourogh. She thankfully did not believe the X-ray was correct and strongly encouraged me to see an orthopedist. There was indeed a fracture. I am truly thankful for her advice.

LaToya, the PA and the front desk staff were all really great in taking care of my daughter for a fracture!  I would absolutely recommend going there if you have an urgent need.

My daughter needed to be seen that day and PM Pediatrics was the place to go. We walked in, the friendly staff helped us check in as we’ve never been to this location before. The wait was not that long, the provider was kind, honest and put us at ease. Would definitely recommend this provider to our friends especially in situations when you’re unable to see your regular pediatrician. Thank you!

I was not feeling well. Walked in and was seen in 5 min. Everyone is always nice there and am very comfortable with tech and doctors

Staff was friendly.   Got right in doctor was pleasant gave me the right antibiotics I’ll go back definetly

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

I never have a problem when I go to my appointments, everyone is always pleasant and warm welcoming. The security guard was very pleasant and nice and professional I love this place.

This is my second time coming here and I love how quick they are and it’s so clean!! The girl at the front was super nice and the provider I saw Deb was wonderful!!

Sought treatment for unusual sore throat, as I am traveling tomorrow. Made appt for 1:00 at Oakhurst office. I had to fill out all the paperwork after arriving, even tho I had filled it all out online! The nice staff member said it was empty (except for my previously uploaded ins card and drivers license). Even tho I had an appointment and waiting room was empty, a provider stepped out to say she had to do a procedure, and there would be a 40 min. wait! Nice staff member saw I could not wait, and called Eatontown office where I was seen and tested for Strep promptly.  In future, I intend to visit the Eatontown office.

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! Very friendly and caring staff that did the most to make me feel comfortable the whole time. My nurse/technician was Rich and he was the best to work with. Really liked this experience and will go back if needed.

Scheduling was easy on Solv. My appointment was at 8:15 they came for me at 8:15 which was fantastic. The care was good, answered my question, did not have to wait long to examined

Solv doesn’t make an actual appointment.  1 1/2 hour wait

Our family was stressed about the need to be tested for COVID-19 and from the time we walked into PM Pediatrics we knew we were in great hands. Highly recommended!

Dr Savage is the best very understanding caring and listen to patient very well
