          Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

          I made an appointment this morning to follow up on a medication I’ve been taking.  I’ve been experiencing some side effects so just wanted confirmation all was normal and ok to take the full amount until my issue is resolved.           I had a cut on my leg I thought it might need Lansing. I called for an appointment. Got one right away. I went into the office. There was no weight the people at the desk did a great job. Both medical people were extremely knowledgeable and handled everything great
